For our microfinance fund business as well as our crowd investing platform, we cooperate closely with GLS Gemeinschaftsbank eG. Founded in 1974 as a cooperative bank, it is the first German financial institution entirely devoted to ecological and socially responsible practises. With headquarters in Bochum, Germany, it focuses on financing sustainable companies and projects in sectors such as ecological agriculture, sustainable housing, renewable energy, education, health and culture.

Due to its commitment to transparency and co-determination, all its savings clients can have a say in how and where their money is invested. It currently counts more than 52,200 cooperative members and figures total assets of approx. € 6 billion.
