Oumy joined FS Impact Finance in March 2020.
She has a background of over 7 years combined in bank retail services, human resources and administration. Her last employment as human resources generalist for the multinational Philip Morris has helped develop her personal and interpersonal skills necessary to increase team and organizational productivity.
Oumy holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with concentration in Accounting from the Higher Institute of Applied Informatics and Management (ISIAM); and an MBA in Finance from the University of the District of Columbia. She enjoys traveling, exploring new cultures, cooking, and spending quality time with her family.
