Alexander Kinnel

Throughout his career, Alexander has had a strong focus on renewable energies. Previously to joining FS Impact Finance, he has been working for a M&A boutique and asset management company focussed on clean energy investments for European institutional investor clients.

During his time in Vietnam, he experienced the challenges of working in the renewables sector in emerging markets at first hand. Alexander’s professional experience covers a wide range of project evaluation ranging from financial modelling to yield assessments.

Alexander holds a master’s degree in mechanical engineering and business administration (“Wirtschaftsingenieur”) from University of Darmstadt. On the weekends, Alexander enjoys a stroll over the local flea market or drinking his beloved Vietnamese coffee.
